Not only was the location incredibly convenient, being just minutes away from Masjid a Nabawi gates 339 and 338, but the impeccable service provided by Mr Abdul Wahed, Mr Amtul, Mr Marvan, and the entire staff made my experience exceptional. the attention to detail in ensuring a clean and comfortable room, the fast check-in and check-out process, and the flexibility in extending my stay until 3.00 pm were all remarkable aspects that stood out during my visit. the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction was evident when they went above and beyond to return my forgotten headphones promptly. the complimentary tea and coffee facilities added a homely touch to my mornings, while the range of free toiletries provided exceeded my expectations. I cannot praise Emaar Royal Hotel enough for their outstanding service, impeccable facilities, and prime location near important landmarks. My experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah for a seamless and enjoyable stay.
